Benedict Detemple schloss im Januar 2019 erfolgreich das Studium der Rechtswissenschaft an der Goethe-Universität Frankfurt ab. Im Zuge seines Schwerpunktbereichsstudiums im Bereich „Internationalisierung und Europäisierung des Rechts“ nahm Benedict im siebten Semester am 24. Willem C. Vis Moot Court 2016/2017 als Teil des Frankfurter Teams teil. Anschließend unterstützte er als Vorstandsmitglied und Schatzmeister der FMAA das Frankfurter Team des 25. Willem C. Vis Moot Court. Derzeit widmet sich Benedict seiner Dissertation im Wirtschaftsstrafrecht. Ferner sammelt er nach Stationen bei Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Frankfurt, Arbeitsrecht) und Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan (Hamburg, Prozessführung) als Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter wertvolle Erfahrungen im Kapitalmarktrecht im Frankfurter Büro von Sullivan & Cromwell.

Benedict Detemple successfully concluded his law studies at Goethe University Frankfurt in January 2019. In the seventh semester, Benedict took part in the 24^th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot 2016/2017 during his major studies in "Internationalization and Europeanization of Law” as a member of the Frankfurt team. Following his participation, Benedict supported the university’s team in the 25^th Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot as a board member and treasurer of FMAA.

Benedict is currently working on his doctoral thesis in white-collar crime law and, following positions at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (Frankfurt, employment law) and Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan (Hamburg, litigation), gains valuable insights in capital markets as a research assistant at the Frankfurt office of Sullivan & Cromwell.
