Kevin Bork

Kevin Bork nahm am 20. Willem C. Vis Moot Court 2012/2013 als Mitglied des Frankfurter Vis Moot Teams teil und schloss sein Studium der Rechtswissenschaft an der Goethe-Universität im Dezember 2014 mit dem Schwerpunktstudium „Law & Finance“ mit einer wissenschaftlichen Hausarbeit zum UN-Kaufrecht erfolgreich ab. Kevin ist seit April 2015 Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl Prof. Dr. Wandt und Mitglied der DFG- und UNIDROIT-geförderten Forschungsgruppe zur Ausarbeitung der PRICL (Principles of Reinsurance Contract Law). Er promoviert im Rückversicherungsvertragsrecht und unterstützt das Frankfurter Vis Moot Team seit 2015 in Funktionen als Coach und Vorstandsmitglied der FMAA.
Kevin Bork took part at the 20th Willem C. Vis Moot Court 2012/2013 as a team member of the Frankfurt Vis Moot Team and successfully graduated in Law from Goethe-University Frankfurt in December 2014 whilst completing his academic specialization (Schwerpunktstudium) “Law & Finance” submitting an academic paper on the CISG. Since April 2015, he is working at the chair of Prof Wandt as a research assistant and is a member of the PRICL (Principles of Reinsurance Contract Law) research group which is supported by the DFG and UNIDROIT. He is doing his PhD in the field of reinsurance contract law and contributed to the Frankfurt Vis Moot Team as a coach and as a member of the Executive Board of the FMAA since 2015.
